Special Projects
There are three primary goals of the Special Projects Fund: To help do God’s work of saving souls, to enhance the education and welfare of our students via improvements to our physical buildings and to provide for the needs of faculty and staff.
Over the past couple of years and with many generous donors, we have made significant improvements to the Academy and Church buildings. Take a look at some of the completed, current and upcoming projects and let us know how you would like to get involved!
Current Projects
Convent building repairs
We are replacing the plumbing system in the convent. This is a much needed update that will make the convent more usable.

Church doors
A major work in progress is the replacement of the old drafty church doors with brand new, custom-made wooden doors

Academy windows
We've installed new and much more efficient windows in a few of our classrooms. We'd like to update the entire building this year.

Replacing the Church stained glass window coverings
This update will allow our beautiful stained glass windows to be seen from the exterior of the church.

Church building restoration
For safety and to preserve our Church building, improvements such as patching, sealing & cleaning the exterior stone work are desperately needed.

Church sign
The current sign was installed when we moved to Norwood in 1995. It's time to update this wooden sign to something more durable and fitting for our church.

Parking Lot Paving and Sealing
The courtyard parking lot was in desperate need of re-paving! We've also added additional handicapped spaces and larger walkway space.

High School stairs
The back stairs of the High School building were in much need of repair and are much safer and wider for our students and faculty.

New Baptismal Font
Some of our devout church members rescued this beautiful font from the basement of a nearby church.

HVAC system for the Church
Recently, the old crumbling rusted water pipes of the HVAC system were all replaced at great cost, thanks to generous donors!

Academy doors
The new doors are modern and energy efficient, and have the latest in safety hardware

Cafeteria & breezway flooring
The new flooring is much more durable and features the Academy colors.

Playground
This is our first real Playground on the property and it's been a great addition to the school!
